Welcome to the Shasta College automated Summary SLO Assessment Reporting system. Use this survey form to document and report summary SLO assessment discussions that occurred on Flex Day August 2010. Report faculty discussions and plans for improvement based on course level SLO assessments review on Flex Day. If you are the only instructor teaching a particular course, you still must submit this summary report. If you have any questions about which survey form to use, please contact your area faculty coordinator, SLO Collector, or SLO Coordinator.
